• Clean-up/Tune-up:
• Virus/Malware removal: removal of virus/malware can be completed without a full recovery, depending how severe the infection is embedded. (to completely get rid of such infections, a complete recovery is suggested. Includes saving data such as documents, pictures, accounting data and more. All data will then be restored after recovery is complete.) *Get Quick remote support after the service. High-speed Internet customers only. – Drop-off only.
• Data backup software: Carbonite® Online Backup $59.95 a year. To help you with this decision: Say your computer crashes. 9 times out of 10 it is a hard drive failure. Sometimes retrieving data from the hard drive can be simple. But the other times, the call you get is “Sorry, I am unable to retrieve your data”. • Backup Clone of hard drive: Two hard drives installed. One is your working hard drive the other will be a mirror image. If your main hard drive dies, swap it out with the mirrored hard drive and you are back in business.

• *Remote Support: Services provided with remote support: virus/malware cleanup, software installation, how to use email and attach files, social networking help, transferring, organizing and uploading pictures and much more. Just Ask.
• New PC setup: includes 1 hour of on-site training.
• New PC Consulting: Need a shopping buddy? Sit down with me and tell me what you would like and I will help pick out the computer for your needs and set it up. Plus 1 hour of on-site training.
• Home Networking: Includes installation of wireless router, connecting computers to the router, shared printer, and a shared folder. Hardware not included in price.
• Cable/DSL Setup plus Home Networking:
• Websites with the ability to easily update once the initial set up is complete. Call to set up a consultation. Clients I have served are dog breeders, churches, schools, and construction companies, but not limited.
• Microsoft Registered Refurbisher: Donations of old computers are being accepted. All donations are tax deductible. Computers 5 years or newer are refurbished and place in a private school. I do not resell computers. All computers are donated once I have cleaned them up.
